All Hampshire members should, by now, have received the first edition of the Hampshire Beekeepers’ Association e-newsletter from their association secretary.
HBA Winter talks
In this newsletter, you will read about the Zoom talks that HBA has arranged. The first will be given on 31st January by Alan Baxter, the HBA AHAT representative. He will talk about his experiences in helping to battle the Asian hornet in Jersey last summer.
The second talk will be on 28th February, from members of National Honey Monitoring Scheme.
The talk on 21st March will reveal tips and tricks for exhibiting at a Honey Show – something that any member could (and should) do.

If you have not already done so, you can visit our Public Facebook Page which is open to both the general public and beekeeping individuals:

We also have a Private Members Group on Facebook, which only HBA Members may visit. This group is used for limited purposes such as publishing HBA Events, BBKA Notifications & BDI Updates. Members will not be subjected to spam, and content will be carefully monitored. To join, please email our events co-ordinator
HBA Public Calendar
As a member, you can now integrate HBA’s calendar with your own or with your association’s calendar. Read the newsletter to find out more.
HBA Zoom Account
HBA is offering the use of its ZOOM account to all member associations in Hampshire. This should enable some to terminate their own ZOOM account and use the money saved elsewhere.
If you want like to book a place on the HBA Zoom. Please email our events co-ordinator
